Description
Calls for proposals for action grants in 2021 will aim at providing financial contributions to organisations offering assistance to consumers in Member States in the form of debt advice.
The applicants shall be facilitating the access of consumers to debt advice and to support measures for vulnerable consumers.
In particular, the following activities should be prioritised: make providers of assistance of debt advice more accessible to consumers, including the improvement of their operational capacity in resolving consumer problems, develop the networking of debt advice entities, promote monitoring activities on the functioning and the effectiveness of debt advice mechanisms.
The maximum co-financing rate for grants covered under this call is 95%.
