Description
Development of a Climate and Aircraft Technology Impact Monitoring Methodology based on a state-of-the-art review and analysis of aviation climate impact assessment methodologies (including metrics) and a worldwide survey of open source emerging disruptive aircraft concepts and technologies, and the targeted/expected performance gains claimed. This topic should provide the JU and its members with support to get a preliminary assessment of the expected impact of projects and the definition of interfaces with the impact monitoring under the call HORIZON-CL5-2024-D5-01-09: “Impact monitoring of EU Aviation R&I". The winning applicants will be required to sign a Cooperation Agreement, an agreement between the consortia of the relevant CAJU Grant Agreements that sets out a framework to foster the exchange of information and/or data among and across CAJU co-funded actions and the beneficiaries on a “need to know basis”.

The process for handling the questions is as follows:
We have a transparent approach for handling any questions (either administrative or technical) on the Call.
This consists of collecting questions as they come, developing the answers when appropriate, then publishing them on the Funding & Tenders Opportunities Portal of the European Commission for the benefit of all potential applicants.
Questions received up to 9 April 2023, 17:00 CET will be answered, after analysis, in due time.
Two releases of Q/As are foreseen:
- The first release is planned on or soon after 9th March 2023 (estimated date)
- The final release will be around mid-April depending on the number of questions, but in time for applicants to consider the answers in their proposals.
