Description
The themes and priorities of the 2021 call for proposals focus on:
- Early detection, prevention and protection of and/or support to women, children, young people and LGBTIQ victims or potential victims of violence, with specific attention paid to situations emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic
- Preventing gender-based violence by addressing masculinities and the engagement of men and boys

The indicative budget breakdown between the 2 call’s Priorities:
- EUR 13.475.300 for Priority 1 - Early detection, prevention and protection of and/or support to women, children, young people and LGBTIQ victims or potential victims of violence, with specific attention paid to situations emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic
- EUR 4.224.700 for Priority 2 - Preventing gender-based violence by addressing masculinities and the engagement of men and boys

The results of the evaluation were communicated to the applicants via the Funding and Tenders Portal on 22 October 2021.
Summary of the results:
Under the Priority 1 of the call
- Award of grant to 30 proposals for the amount of EUR 13.084.947,44 (out of the total indicative budget of EUR 13.475.300 foreseen for this Priority)
- 8 proposals are placed on the reserve list for the amount of EUR 3.002.757,33
- Rejection of 19 proposals for lack of budget
- Rejection of 52 proposals due to insufficient relevance and/or quality
- Rejection of 3 inadmissible/ineligible proposals
- 1 proposal has been withdrawn
The last proposal selected under Priority 1 received a score of 75,5 points.
Under the Priority 2 of the call
- Award of grant to 10 proposals for the amount of EUR 4.562.089,35. While the total indicative budget for this priority is equal to EUR 4.224.700, additional EUR 337.389,35 would be used from leftovers from Priority 1.
- 3 proposals are placed on the reserve list for the amount of EUR 1.357.620,03.
- Rejection of 6 proposals for lack of budget
- Rejection of 21 proposals due to insufficient relevance and/or quality
- Rejection of 1 inadmissible proposal
The last proposal selected under Priority 2 received a score of 77,5 points.
